The Agrarian Faculty discussed new educational programs with employers
On 11th of the December, 2023, a round table of the Academic Committee was held at the Agrarian Faculty with the participation of the dean of the faculty, committee members and employers. New educational programs planned for the 2024-2025 academic year were discussed at the event. Chairman of the Academic Quality Committee, docent S.E. Tulemetova made a presentation on the preparation by the department of “Plant and Livestock Production” of a new innovative EP “Ornamental landscaping and landscape design”; retraining by the department of "Veterinary Medicine" of a new licensed EP "Veterinary Medicine" for the opening of a master's degree and the development by the department of "Water Resources, Land Use and Agrotechnology" together with the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia of a new two-degree master's program "Technology of Geodetic and Cadastral Work".
During the constructive dialogue, the content of educational programs and their educational trajectory was discussed, the graduate model of the presented EP was considered, suggestions were made and valuable recommendations were received.
At the end of the round table meeting, it was decided: to improve the content of the educational programs discussed, taking into account the recommendations and suggestions of employers and send them for examination.
