Scientists of the Agrarian Faculty held an international forum online

On the 4th of December, 2024, scientists from the Department of «Plant and Livestock Production» of the Agrarian Faculty held an online international forum of soil scientists on the topic: “Innovative technologies for improving the fertility of degraded irrigated lands”. The event was opened by Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Doctor of Technical Sciences U.S. Suleimenov. The opening speech was made by the dean of the faculty, candidate of agricultural sciences, corresponding member of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan G.R. Tastanbekova.
The leading participants were well-known specialists in the field of soil science from Kazakhstan (Almaty, Shymkent), Russia (Moscow), Azerbaijan (Baku), Uzbekistan (Tashkent, Nukus).
The forum participants' questions were answered comprehensively. The meeting ended with the presentation of certificates to the speakers and scientists of the event.
