On the 27th-28^th of March, 2024, the Agrarian Faculty held the XXVІІth  Republican student scientific conference on natural, technical, social-humanitarian and economic sciences on the topic: “Vectors for the development of youth science” within the framework of the month of science at South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov. The plenary session was opened with a welcoming speech by the Dean of the Faculty G.R. Tastanbekova.

During the conference, more than 20 reports were heard in the following areas: “Veterinary Medicine”, “Crop and Livestock Production”, “Water Resources, Land Use and Agrotechnology”. After discussing the reports, members of the commission determined the winners: student of group AP-20-7k Orynbaev Bakytzhan with the report “Methods of releasing queens in beekeeping”; student Gabitov Maksat with a report “Features of the distribution of Pennsylvania ash in the floodplain of the Zhaiyk River”; student of group AP-21-8k3 Ziyatkhan Kenzhe with a report “Hatching and growing quail eggs in an incubator in the conditions of the university clinic of SKU named after M. Auezov"; student of group AP-21-6k2 Kalmahan Asel with the report “Land cadastres”; student of the AP-22-1k group Abdullaev Abdukhalil with a report “Improving the technology for growing the F1 hybrid of Severin cucumbers and determining the influence of vermicompost and microelements on yield in the greenhouse of the Agrarian Faculty ”; student of the AP-20-8k3 group Tagaeva Merey with the report “Use of connectivity reaction to determine the possibility of blood transfusion in animals” and student of the AP-20-4k group Kuanyshbek Uldanay with the report “Purification of natural waters using the membrane method”.

We would like to note that among the winners was Maksat Gabitov, a student from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Technical University named after Zhangir Khan.
