A presentation of the textbook took place at the Agrarian Faculty
On the 13rd of November, 2023, scientists from the Department of «Water Resources, Land Use and Agrotechnology» of the Agrarian Faculty held a presentation of the textbook: «Water supply and sanitation system». The event is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov and the 20th anniversary of the Agrarian Faculty.
One of the authors, Nuriddin Jarbolov, noted in his speech that the textbook is compiled on the basis of more than 20 principles, methods and other government regulations and textbooks that contribute to the effective conduct of work in water supply and sanitation systems, and is accompanied by relevant definitions and illustrations for research work to determine the technical parameters of future construction. They are designed to refresh the memory of students majoring in “Water Supply and Sanitation”, taking into account the current situation, and independently check whether the technical decision was made correctly. Teachers and students of educational institutions can use it when developing educational programs in special subjects to enter pre-requisites and post-requisites into the thematic plan.
The event was attended by the Dean of the Agrarian Faculty, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences G.R. Tastanbekova, Head of the Department of «Plant and Livestock Production», Candidate of Biological Sciences A.K. Zhylkibayev, librarian S. Bimenova and teaching staff of the department.
At the end of the event there was an autograph session with the author of the publication.
