Participation of scientists of the Agrarian Faculty in the grand opening of the Knowledge Dissemination Center
At the invitation of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Turkestan Region, on the 30th of January, 2024, the head of the “Plant and Livestock Production” department A.K. Zhylkibayev, professor Zh.A. Parzhanov and Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Zh.S. Abdraimov took part in the grand opening of the Knowledge Dissemination Center. In order to support private businesses in the field of agriculture, the event participants supported the proposal on the need to open a situation center. According to N.N. Boranbaev, head of the «Agroadviser center», at the KDC demonstration site, farmers will be introduced to intensive technologies for cultivating crops with elements of organic farming, by carrying out agrotechnological activities in the optimal period. And also taking into account the deteriorating phytosanitary situation in recent years, appropriate consultations will be given to strengthen measures against pests.
