Dean of the Agrarian Faculty took part in the international conference
On August 4, 2023, Dean of the Agrarian Faculty Gulnara Tastanbekova took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Improving the environmental situation through the development of green spaces and problems of agricultural development", which was provided in Turkestan. The agenda included issues of increasing the volume and maintenance of the green zone of the Turkestan region. At the end of the event, experts came to the conclusion that in Turkestan it is necessary to plant tree and shrub plants adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of the region with the introduction of new technologies, the formation of a seed plot and its further expansion.
The event organized by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Turkestan region, dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Turkestan region and the opening of the center of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Kazakhstan Republic, was attended by Deputy Akim of the Turkestan region E.Kenzhehanuly, President of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Kazakhstan Republic T.Espolov, forestry managers and specialists, ecologists, as well as well-known scientists from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, India and Pakistan.
